
Lightning Run Club’s Hybrid Training Classes are an hour long built to develop both strength and endurance to create a lifestyle balance. We combine compound lifting through bar work, circuiting and cardio to help you build muscle, improve stamina, and move with balance throughout your fitness journey.
First class free after that it's 30$
