
The Hybrid Event gives participants the choice of one core lift. squat, bench press, or deadlift, followed by a 5-mile run. This event is fully community driven creating a high energy environment where participants support each other through every phase. The result is an opportunity to unlock new personal best both physically and mentally.

The run portion of the Hybrid Event follows the Copeland Creek trail in Rohnert Park above PowerFit, heading towards Sonoma State University and back a total of 5 miles.

Hybrid coaching blends strength training and endurance work to build well-rounded athletes. Through structured lifting, coached running, and community support, athletes develop the physical and mental resilience needed to perform at a higher level.
