
The Hybrid Event gives participants the choice of one core lift. squat, bench press, or deadlift, followed by a 5-mile run. This event is fully community driven creating a high energy environment where participants support each other through every phase. The result is an opportunity to unlock new personal best both physically and mentally.

The run portion of the Hybrid Event follows the Copeland Creek Trail from Dragon's Den Gym heading towards Sonoma State University and back a total of 5 miles.
